KOLIBRI: the new screwdriving system for miniaturized screws
This is what manufacturers of mobile phones, glasses, cardiac pacemakers and other miniature devices have been waiting for: an innovative screwdriving system with automatic feeding not only for tightening screws from size M1 but also achieving cycle times from 0.8 seconds with torques from 0.05Nm. The verson of the complete screwdriving unit with feeder unit and controller for transfer systems or manual work stations requires a base area of less than 0.4 m2 and is therefore the most space-saving unit of its kind.
